Our goals will be to help you "see the big picture", to pull together a lot of information in order to analyze, plan, and predict future business trends. MAP will give you an objective view of your observations in a safe, confidential and proven environment. Coaching will give you the edge you need to improve your interpersonal skills, create life balance and enhance your confidence.
Utilizing principles from the psychology of sport, positive psychology, communication systems and other methodologies, we will enhance your awareness, leadership skills, communication, performance, and any other personal goals that you want to pursue.
Over the years, my work with executives, elite athletes and managers at all levels has taught me how to hone in on an individuals strengths and weaknesses to create a talent development plan. Just as in any successful athlete, there is always a coach to guide, direct, challenge and motivate. My work with professional managers has brought positive results and change.
We now have the capability to work over the Internet using Skype, or other secure, encrypted video conferencing formats or platforms.
